Salary : INR 3000000-3500000 / year (based on experience)

Expected Notice Period : 30 Days

Shift : (GMT+05 : 30) Asia / Kolkata (IST)

Opportunity Type : Remote

Placement Type : Full Time Permanent position(Payroll and Compliance to be managed by : GRG Health)

Note : This is a requirement for one of Uplers' client - GRG Health)

What do you need for this opportunity

Must have skills required :

Python, FastAPI, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, VectorDBs, Model deployment, MLOps, data pipeline orchestration

GRG Health is Looking for :

Responsibilities

Build AI-driven modules for HCP targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.

Develop and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents (LangChain / RAG pipelines).

Train models for content personalization, CME recommendations, and second-opinion chatbots.

Create and maintain data pipelines and feature stores.

Work with Head of Engineering to operationalize AI services in production.

Requirements

Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, Vector DBs (Pinecone / FAISS).

Experience with ML Ops, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration.

Exposure to healthcare or market research datasets preferred.
