General Manager - Sales (Franco Africa)

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for achieving the sales targets for the assigned half of Franco Africa (FA) countries.
• Field Operations Enhancement :
• a. Implement MedPro – field reporting system.
• b. Ensure adherence and analyse interior tour plans.
• c. Manage the recruitment process through portal.
• d. Oversee promotional input distribution and update stock in portal.
• e. Ensure expense submission and control through the expense portal.
• Maintain field attrition below 15% in the assigned countries.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of promo activities;

aim at retaining existing Drs and add new Drs as per the growth for annual business growth.
