Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack
Location : Noida (On-site)
Experience : 5-8 years
Employment Type : Full-time 5 days a week
Compensation : 18-24 LPA
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end features and core system modules.
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Contribute to frontend development with JavaScript and Spring-based
technologies.
Write clean, modular, and testable code; ensure quality with unit tests and securecoding practices.
Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Docker.Debug and resolve complex issues in multi-module production environments.Participate in architectural and design discussions to influence system evolution.Collaborate with Product and Design teams on feature scope and delivery.Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.Maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability as top priorities.Qualifications
5-8 years of professional software development experience.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPQL, XML, and REST APIs.Solid understanding of JavaScript for frontend logic and interactions.Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Docker in a CI / CD environment.Familiarity with Python / Django to understand and extend existing components.Proven ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and design maintainable systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalentpractical experience.
Growth potential into Tech Lead or Architect roles as the team expands.Preferred Skills

Requirements
Strong knowledge of pathology lab techniques, equipment, and processes. Hands-on experience in clinical biochemistry, hematology. Ability to lead, supervise, and train technical staff. Knowledge of NABL / ISO standards and audit preparedness. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and coordination ability.
