The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads through research, cold calls, emails, and inbound queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Present product offerings and demonstrate value to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on customer trends and competitive insights.
Requirements :
1 – 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Passion for learning, self-motivation, and resilience in handling rejection.
