Role Description

The consultant will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.

Tasks include conducting research, developing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-based solutions.

The role also entails hands-on coding, testing, and deploying models in real-world applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in AI technologies, including Supervised Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Experience in large language model (LLM) fine-tuning and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques

Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong research and analytical skills to develop and optimize AI models

Experience in healthcare RCM is an advantage

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
