KwikMedi is a fast-growing health-tech startup on a mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery in India. We ensure medicines are delivered within 30 minutes and lab tests are booked seamlessly through a tech-first approach. Were building scalable, quick-commerce solutions that connect pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and patients on a single platform.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native, Next.js, Django, AWS, and PostgreSQL to build and scale our KwikMedi application. You will play a core role in architecting, developing, and optimizing our quick-commerce platform for speed, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain front-end applications using React Native (mobile) and Next.js (web).
  • Design and manage scalable back-end systems using Django and PostgreSQL.
  • Work with AWS cloud services for hosting, deployment, and scaling.
  • Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services into the platform.
  • Collaborate with the product, design, and operations team to build user-friendly, high-performance features.
  • Ensure best practices in security, data handling, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions and technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native (iOS & Android) and Next.js.
  • Solid experience in Django / Python backend development.
  • Database expertise in PostgreSQL (schemas, optimization, queries).
  • Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
  • Experience with quick-commerce or on-demand delivery apps is a huge plus.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with real-time tracking, maps, and logistics APIs.
  • Background in healthcare, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and server less architecture.
