SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant with expertise in In-House Cash (IHC) and Bank Communication Management (BCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations and a strong ability to deliver solutions that align with business and finance requirements.

Start : December

Duration : 12 months + extensions

Workload : 8 hours per day

Location : Remote, India

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and participate in SAP FSCM – In-House Cash implementation projects.

Design, configure, and support Payments on Behalf Of (POBO) and Collections on Behalf Of (COBO) processes via In-House Cash.

Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT professionals to understand requirements and propose practical solutions.

Communicate complex SAP solutions in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional issues, providing solution-oriented guidance.

Work effectively within large, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Support tight project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

E nd-to-end SAP FSCM – In-House Cash implementation experience.

In-depth knowledge of Payments on Behalf Of (POBO) and Collections on Behalf Of (COBO) .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in dynamic, flexible, and result-driven environments .

Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach .

Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.

Exposure to global financial processes and multi-country implementations.
