About the Organisation

Created and run by Ideal Group of Institutions, we carry forward 26 years of educational excellence established through Ideal Academy (founded 1999). At Ideal International School, our motto "Ignite, Innovate, Initiate" drives everything we do.

Our methodology combines Kinesthetic, Immersive, and Problem-Based Learning. Students learn through fully equipped Science, IT, and Language labs that make concepts tangible. Our dedicated Robotics program has propelled teams to national championships, translating technical skills into real-world problem-solving. Aligned with NEP 2020, our 360° assessment integrates art and project-based learning to develop collaboration, critical thinking, and leadership. Students participate in Model UN conferences. Sports achievers attain laurels at national and state levels. The ETHICS framework (Empathy, Teamwork, Humility, Integrity, Courage, Self-Discipline) guides every interaction.

Qualifications

1. Post graduation degree in the respective subject (Math / English / Robotics)

2. Computer proficiency

3. Familiarity with NEP

4. Dynamic and versatile attitude

5. Experienced candidate preferred
