Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Analyst and contribute to our team's success by transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing analytical insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Day-to-day involvement with the development team to review and understand the FSD, write BRD, and testing documents.

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Experience in implementing or developing Trade or Capital Markets Broker / Dealer Surveillance solutions in a cohesive environment is required.
  • Oracle or MS-SQL Database knowledge is essential.
  • Familiarity with Actimize AIS, RCM, and Trade Surveillance solutions is required.
  • Skills in SMARTS Trade Surveillance solutions and Actimize ERCM for alerts ingestion and integration development are necessary.
  • Domain knowledge of Trade Surveillance and general compliance knowledge is a must.
  • Excellent SQL query writing skills and experience working with tools like JIRA, HP QC ALM, etc. are required.
  • Able to work effectively in Scrum agile methodology and collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work independently to deliver high-quality results are essential.

  • Effective prioritization skills and a high sense of urgency are required.
  • Demonstrated technical competencies and ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences are necessary.
