We are looking for a skilled Senior Digital Media - Paid Media professional with 2.5+ years of full-time experience, who has grown past the execution stage and is ready to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and multiple client accounts, ideally worked in

digital media agencies.

Profile Summary

This role provides extensive exposure to Google Ads and Social Media advertising across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You’ll be in regular contact with clients to understand their goals, take action on campaigns, and deliver results promptly. You’ll also get the opportunity to work with leading brands across industries such as Automotive, Banking, Hospitality, Real Estate, Fashion, and Electronics, focusing on campaigns in the GCC markets (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE).

Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads & Paid Social campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter).

Manage 2+ client accounts independently, focusing on performance KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROI).

Track results, generate reports, and participate in weekly client and internal calls.

Handle campaign reporting, pacing, QA, and trafficking.

Provide initial insights and recommendations on campaign trends to executives and planners.

Collaborate with internal planners / strategists for campaign improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Logical thinker, solution-oriented, and data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience running performance / KPI-based campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPI).

Ability to work independently, take initiative, research performance issues, and implement practical solutions.

Good understanding of digital marketing functions such as paid advertising and social media marketing.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Forecasting, and Chart Building.
