Responsibilities

• Learn the ins-and-outs of our AI platform (on-the-job training)
• Work on new implementations for customers (greenfield projects)
• Build AI agents using our platform's Agent Studio (brownfield projects)
• Conduct technical analysis and workshops to design integrations for these AI agents
• Prepare Solution Design documents for AI agents and their supporting integrations
• Lead successful implementation of AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team and key customer stakeholders
• Enhance our product portfolio using software development skills
• Collaborate with international colleagues and customers
