Job descriptionDesign and architect scalable, secure, and efficient web applications. Lead end-to-end development — from backend logic to front-end integration. Define database schemas and manage Postgres-based architectures. Integrate and customize CMS platforms such as Strapi or Keystone . Implement and manage applications on AWS , including Cognito , Lambda , and ELB . Oversee application monitoring, failover setup, and performance optimization. Establish and maintain CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployments. Apply security best practices — SSL, database encryption, and secure code standards.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Fullstack Lead Developer / Architect with a strong backend focus to design, architect, and lead complex web application projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend technologies, AWS infrastructure, and modern web development frameworks.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Next.js .
- Expertise in PostgreSQL and database design for web applications.
- Proven experience with CMS tools such as Strapi or Keystone .
- Solid hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem — Cognito, Lambda, ELB, CloudWatch, etc.
- Working knowledge of CI / CD tools and deployment automation.
- Strong grasp of application security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
