HR Executive (Operations & Placements)

Job descriptionHandle end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, and exit formalities. Maintain job descriptions, HR policies, and employee records. Conduct orientation, training, and performance appraisals. Manage pay structures, employee benefits, and compliance. Coordinate student placements, internships, and campus drives. Conduct soft skill and interview preparation sessions. Liaise with colleges and companies for tie-ups and recruitment drives. Promote a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement. Minimum Graduate (Any Graduates) Freshers with good HR Skills and Certifications can Apply. 1 + Year Experience in HR Recruitment is Plus. Preferable Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / MBA in HR / PGDM-HR Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is Plus. Immediate Joiners Preferred. Exposure to end-to-end HR and placement operations. Supportive and growth-oriented work culture. Opportunities for learning, development, and networking.
