Key Responsibilities :

• Build and manage automated, multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Develop custom AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic email content and automation
• Manage data extensions, segmentation, and subscriber journeys
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure email deliverability best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to translate business goals into technical solutions

Qualifications :

Critical Duties :

▪ Leverage Marketing Cloud studios such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder and Journey

Builder

▪ Create complex Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns

▪ Create and maintain automations, data extensions, and connector data transfer processes in Marketing Cloud

▪ Integrate Marketing Cloud with Service Cloud platform

▪ Develop data-driven marketing initiatives utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Essential Duties (other duties may be assigned) :

▪ Responsible for collaborating with development team to design, develop, and deliver custom Salesforce applications in a

Scrum environment

▪ Responsible for developing in Apex, Lighting, and Visualforce to build solutions that support business requirements

▪ Lead technical design sessions and writing technical documents

▪ Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as required leveraging varying API technologies

(REST / SOAP)

▪ Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and

systems), and iterative refinement

▪ Responsible for collaborating with business and development team to design, develop, and deliver custom Marketing Cloud

solutions in a Scrum environment

▪ Perform activities such as audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation and arbitration

▪ Gather and confirm data specifications associated to campaigns

▪ Develop reports and dashboards to analyze performance across multiple marketing channels (e.g. Direct Mail, Email,

Telesales, etc)

▪ Communicate status within agile team regarding task status and impediments

▪ Multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven, sometimes unpredictable—but always fun and engaging

environment
