As an International Sales Executive at SLTL Group, you will play a vital role in expanding our global presence by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving international revenue growth for our advanced laser and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities : -
Drive international business development across target markets (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Americas, etc.)
Identify, approach, and close deals with global clients, distributors, and channel partners
Present technical product solutions (Laser Systems, Medical Devices, Diamond Tools, etc.) to clients in a consultative manner
Participate in international exhibitions, roadshows, and webinars representing SLTL’s solutions
Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation in coordination with internal teams
Monitor competitor activities and share feedback for strategy alignment
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for pre- and post-sales support
Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements
Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and MIS as required
Candidate Profile : -
2–5 years of proven international B2B sales experience in capital machinery / high-tech equipment
Exposure to engineering or laser technology products preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural understanding
Ability to understand technical specifications and demonstrate product value
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and global sales documentation
Willingness to travel internationally (30–50% travel expected)
Strong follow-up and customer management capabilities
Education : -
Bachelor’s in Engineering
MBA (International Business / Marketing) preferred
