Art Director

Applications are invited from qualified and dynamic candidates for the post of Art Director / Set Designer at GLA University, Greater Noida.

Role Description :

To conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging sets and aesthetics for shoots that elevate brand storytelling, ensuring every frame looks polished, fresh, and on-trend.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and style sets for reels, interviews, ad films, and Leaders Lounge episodes.

Work with props, lighting, and backgrounds to create versatile looks.

Ensure brand consistency while keeping visuals trendy and relatable.

Collaborate with the Director / Content team to translate scripts into strong visual environments.

Maintain and organize in-house studio equipment, props, and creative inventory.

Traits & Skills :

Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of design trends.

Creative problem-solver; making simple setups look premium.

Skilled in space styling, visual storytelling, and mood-boarding.

Hands-on with DIY, prop management, and budget-friendly design hacks.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Theatre / Stage Design, or related field, a Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage / is preferred.
