Job description

Location : Gurgaon, Hybrid 2-3 days / week

Experience : 5-8 years

Company : British MNC

Budget : 30 lpa

Role Purpose : Work on Projects and Programmes on the Azure Cloud Data and Analytics Platform, providing design, development, and deployment of complex data pipelines.

Key Accountabilities :

Develop technical designs and code deliverables.
Review team deliverables, provide support and mentoring.
Build and deploy data mappings, sessions, and workflows in Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
Utilize Azure Cloud Technology and Python to develop data pipelines.
Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, support, and capacity estimation.
Implement and refine business transformation rules and logic.
Profile and understand large source data sets.
Conduct thorough testing of ETL code changes.
Provide and review release notes for deployments.
Continuously develop technology skills.

Customer Conduct Framework :

Understand FCA Conduct Rules and Conduct Framework and their application to this role.

Functional / Technical Skills :

Strong background in high-volume data applications.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experienced with Microsoft technologies SQL, Azure native data products.

Proficient in Azure Data Factory (preferred) or Azure Databricks (Python).

Experienced in ETL tools, data projects, and Azure DevOps.

Proficient in Python programming.

Experience with Azure Functions and real-time integrations is a plus.

Team lead experience.

Decision Making Authority / Impact :

Make technical decisions impacting Azure Cloud data projects.

Influence technical solutions with Central Cloud Teams.
