Key Responsibilities : Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across :

▸ Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

▸ Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

▸ Other performance platforms

Manage entire ad funnel :

▸ Budget allocation

▸ Targeting & audience segmentation

▸ Ad copy & creative coordination

▸ A / B testing

▸ ROAS / CAC tracking

Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights

Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams

Suggest and execute landing page improvements

Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies

Consistently aim to reduce CAC and improve LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates

Requirements : 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C / e-commerce preferred)

Proven success in managing ad spends of ₹1L+ / month with positive ROI

Strong command of : ▸ Google Analytics

▸ Meta Ads Manager

▸ Google Ads

Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills

Understanding of  Shopify backend  and store analytics is a  big plus

Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven

Bonus (Good to Have) : Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing tracking

Familiarity with Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar email / SMS automation tools

Salary : Commensurate with experience and performance in the selection process
