About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and driven Modern Trade professional to lead sales, key account partnerships, and front-end execution at a national level.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong retail relationships, and loves turning shopper insights into real growth stories.
What You’ll Do
Lead Joint Business Plans with top retail chains, driving growth and visibility.
Build and execute channel & customer strategies with the right mix of assortment, promotions, and activations.
Lead and coach a high-performing sales team across regions.
Manage distributor partnerships for strong service levels and supply efficiency.
Expand in-store presence and chilled capacity through smart asset deployment.
Ensure sales forecasting, promo calendars, and competitive benchmarking are flawlessly executed.
What You’ll Bring
MBA / Postgraduate in Business or Marketing
5+ years in Sales / Marketing, with strong exposure to Modern Trade or Key Account Management
Strong negotiation & strategic planning skills
Proven leadership in managing teams and channel partners
Analytical mindset with high commercial acumen
