Automation Tester - Selenium

Description : Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester with expertise in Selenium to join our QA team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of web-based applications.

Youll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is critical in driving test automation coverage, maintaining test frameworks, and ensuring that all software releases meet functional and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Create and execute automated regression test suites for web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing using automation tools.
• Identify, document, and track bugs in test management and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Enhance existing automation frameworks or build new frameworks as needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
