India’s renewable energy sector is rapidly scaling through Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB)—and we’re looking for an execution expert who can deliver high-performance Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects under this framework. Your Mission :

Lead execution of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects awarded through TBCB mechanisms by SECI, NTPC, or state nodal agencies.
Interpret bid documents, RfS, and LoA requirements to align execution with contractual obligations.
Oversee site mobilization, construction, and commissioning activities in line with TBCB timelines and milestones.
Validate engineering designs, layouts, and BoQs to ensure compliance with tender specs and grid codes.
Coordinate with EPC partners, OEMs, and consultants to meet technical and commercial deliverables.
Ensure regulatory compliance with CEA, CERC / SERC norms, and interconnection standards.
Track project progress, prepare MIS reports, and support monthly reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Interface with transmission utilities, SLDCs, and DISCOMs for grid connectivity and energization approvals.

What You Bring :

8–10 years of experience in executing Solar / BESS projects, with at least 5 years in TBCB-awarded projects.

Strong understanding of TBCB bidding structures, payment security mechanisms, and performance guarantees.

Familiarity with project execution under SECI / NTPC / State bids including ISTS connectivity and CTU coordination.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with government and regulatory bodies.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools for scheduling and tracking.

Bonus Points :

Experience with SCADA, remote monitoring, and grid compliance testing.

Exposure to bid evaluation, tariff modeling, and post-award contract management.

PMP or equivalent certification in project management.
