Looking for our core team recruit- R&D / Product Champion— a Food Technologist or Animal Nutritionist passionate about developing, testing, and perfecting pet wellness products that meet global standards of nutrition, safety, and quality. You’ll lead innovation, compliance, and product development across a new generation of pet food formats.

What You’ll Do

1. Market Research & Innovation

• Identify emerging trends in pet nutrition — from raw and freeze-dried to longevity-led and functional formats — and translate them into viable, differentiated products.
• Benchmark against top global players to uncover opportunities for ingredient and process innovation.
• Maintain full compliance with FSSAI, CODEX, AAFCO, and FEDIAF standards, ensuring every product meets global quality and safety benchmarks.
• Stay current on nutrition regulations, labeling norms, and additive standards.

2. Product Development & Optimization

Develop new products that balance science, safety, and taste appeal

3. Quality & Continuous Improvemen

Conduct batch testing, sensory evaluation, and consistency checks across production run
