Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based contract role for a Sales Executive specializing in IT projects. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and pitching NexaByte’s AI-powered solutions. Key tasks include prospecting for new leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role requires consistent engagement with clients to understand market trends and offer suitable solutions that drive value.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management
• IT knowledge and understanding of software solutions, especially in AI and automation sectors
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively pitch and close deals
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in B2B sales or IT sales is preferred
• Understanding of industries like manufacturing, logistics, or process management is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage
