We are looking for a stellar (Senior) Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The Sales Engineer will be the expert in Whatfix product(s). He / She will assist Sales in presenting the value proposition and benefits of the Whatfix solution to prospects.

What You’ll Do

Build a strong understanding of the

Whatfix product suite

and stay up to date on competitive offerings.

Partner with the sales team to deliver tailored

product demonstrations ,

technical presentations , and

proof-of-concepts (POCs) .

Clearly communicate the

value proposition

and technical benefits of Whatfix solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Lead the

technical discovery process

to understand client needs and map them to our platform capabilities.

Support and respond to RFPs / RFIs with accurate and compelling technical content.

Collaborate cross-functionally with

Product, Engineering, and Marketing

teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Represent Whatfix at events such as

conferences, webinars, and customer workshops .

Capture and relay customer feedback to influence product direction.

Provide consultative guidance throughout complex sales cycles, helping prospects envision successful outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table

3+ years in

Presales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting , or related technical roles.

Strong foundation in

web technologies : HTML5, CSS3 (including Grid, Flexbox, and animations), and JavaScript (ES5, ES6+).

Previous hands-on development experience or background in

web / software development .

A Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science

or a related technical field is preferred.

Comfortable presenting to

technical and non-technical audiences , including senior decision-makers.

Ability to simplify and explain

complex technical concepts

in a clear, compelling way.

Experience working with

SaaS products

or implementing enterprise software solutions.

Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills.

Proactive, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demos, or events (domestic and occasional international travel required).

Nice to Have

Understanding of

SaaS business models

and performance-focused platforms.

Prior experience in

digital adoption ,

user engagement platforms , or

enterprise SaaS tools

is a plus.

North America Shift Timings : 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM

Work mode : Work from Bangalore office all 5 days in a week
