Key Responsibilities :
- Spearhead sales and marketing efforts for the export market , focusing on Tubes, Solar MMS, Stamping & Metal Profile products
- Develop and execute market entry strategies, build international client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global regions.
- Strong experience with European customers in the solar infrastructure industry.
- Oversee domestic market operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new opportunities for expansion
- Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and contract negotiations for both international and domestic clients
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory15 to 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Steel Segment, industrial or manufacturing sectorsProven track record in managing export marketsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat We Offer
