- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for DMA / DSA partners.
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct orientation and training sessions to familiarize new partners with tools, processes, and expectations.
- Continuously improve the onboarding journey for better efficiency and partner experience.
Dashboard & Data Management
Maintain and update onboarding and performance dashboards.Monitor key metrics such as onboarding status, partner activity, and lead conversion.Payout Processing
Manage monthly / weekly payout cycles for DMA / DSA partners.Ensure accurate calculation of commissions and incentives.Resolve payout-related queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.Audit & Compliance
Ensure all onboarding and payout processes adhere to audit and compliance standards.Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all partner-related activities.Coordinate with internal audit teams during reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.Process Improvement
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows.Propose and implement automation or process enhancements.Gather feedback from partners to refine onboarding and support mechanisms.
