Job descriptionExecutive, Lead the QA / testing efforts for ServiceNow CSM projects, including planning, execution, and reporting, and align with Agile methodologies. Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules (CSM, Portal, ServiceNow platform etc.). Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Execute manual and automated tests in ATF; identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Mentor and guide junior QA / testers on writing ATF’s, ensuring adherence to Boomi QA processes and standards. Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and sprint planning sessions. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry QA standards. Prepare and present test status reports, metrics, and quality assessments to management. Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to QA processes and tools. Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow testing. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows. Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, ATF). Proven ability to lead QA teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist). Experience with ServiceNow ATF, API testing and integration validation. Knowledge of Agile, ITIL processes and their implementation on ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM modules. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Continuous learning mindset with a passion for quality and process improvement.
