Role Overview
As part of the
Talent Acquisition (Delivery) team
, you will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
— from sourcing and screening to client coordination and onboarding.
You’ll work closely with
client delivery managers
and
internal stakeholders
to ensure timely closures, exceptional candidate experiences, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment :
Handle the full recruitment cycle across IT skill sets, ensuring timely closures and quality delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management :
Work directly with client POCs and internal delivery teams to understand requirements and align hiring strategies.
Sourcing & Screening :
Identify and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
Interview Coordination & Offer Management :
Manage interviews, feedback loops, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding communication.
ATS & Reporting : Utilize
Ceipal ATS
(or similar) to track progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
Market Awareness :
Stay informed about current hiring trends, market rates, and technology-specific talent availability.
Team Collaboration (for Sr. / Lead roles) :
Mentor junior recruiters, ensure delivery alignment, and drive team-level productivity.
Desired Profile
Experience :
1–5 years of experience in
end-to-end IT recruitment
Strong understanding of
technology skill sets
and current market trends.
Hands-on experience with
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
Familiarity with
ATS platforms
(Ceipal preferred).
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship management
skills.
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
Immediate joiners preferred.
