Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller in real estate, located in Panvel. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, managing outbound and inbound calls, providing property details, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a database of client information. They will follow up with leads, manage appointments, and assist in building strong client relationships to generate real estate sales or lease opportunities.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling outbound and inbound calling, with a focus on customer engagement
Basic computer knowledge for managing client databases and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or the real estate industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet sales targets
Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
