Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert specialised in Leadership Hiring to identify, engage, and onboard senior-level professionals across diverse functions. The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and proven expertise in closing high-impact leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for S enior and Leadership roles (Manager to CXO level) across multiple domains.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build targeted search strategies.
- Manage headhunting, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent networks.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through transparent and professional communication.
- Negotiate offers and drive successful closures within defined timelines.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards for leadership hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in Leadership Hiring / Executive Search (at least 3 years handling CXO or senior-level mandates).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Strong sourcing skills using Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and industry networking .Experience in managing confidential and high-sensitivity mandates.MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.Key Attributes :
