About the Role

We are seeking a Manager for School Recruitment to spearhead our engagement with schools across India. This role is ideal for someone from a school hiring / recruitment agency background who has an established network of school owners, principals, and trustees .

You will be responsible for acquiring and managing school partnerships for recruitment , building strong relationships, and ensuring schools find value in our recruitment solutions. You will also lead a small team of Associates to drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & School Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with school leaders, owners, and trustees.
  • Leverage existing hiring agency contacts to onboard schools for recruitment services.
  • Present and pitch recruitment solutions to schools.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalise agreements.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Supervise and mentor the Associates managing outreach, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Review team productivity (calls, leads, conversions).
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between schools and internal teams.
  • Market Intelligence & Expansion

  • Identify new school networks, clusters, and associations for partnerships.
  • Track recruitment trends in K-12 education and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate CRM dashboards and weekly reports.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant and properly documented.
  • KPIs / Success Measures

  • Number of schools onboarded for recruitment services.
  • Revenue generated through recruitment partnerships.
  • Quality and depth of relationships with school leaders.
  • Team productivity in outreach & conversions.
  • Renewal / continuation of recruitment contracts.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 6 to 10 years’ experience in school recruitment / hiring agency sales .
  • Strong network of principals, owners, and trustees.
  • Proven track record in institutional partnerships / business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • MBA / PG in Business, HR, or Education preferred.
