Role Overview
A Founder’s Office Intern at 9to5 is not a “regular intern.”
You will be the right hand to the founder , working across strategy, growth, operations, brand, content, partnerships, and problem-solving .
You’ll get a front-row seat to how a startup is scaled and you’ll actually help drive the scale.
Think of this role as :
0 to 1 builder + 1 to 100 executor + founder’s brain extension.
What You Will Do
1. Growth & Strategy
- Work directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, enterprise segments, and outreach channels.
- Build GTM strategies for SaaS onboarding products & corporate gifting solutions.
- Assist in fundraising decks, pitch material, and strategic documentation.
2. Operations & Execution
Coordinate with warehouse, client servicing, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery.Solve real-time bottlenecks across procurement, logistics, and onboarding workflows.Structure processes that improve speed, quality, and accountability.3. Business Development
Assist in identifying & reaching out to enterprise prospects (HR, Admin, Procurement).Sit in on sales calls, prepare proposals, and track follow-ups.4. Content, Branding & Communication
Work with the founder to create powerful content, storytelling, and brand IP.Help ideate campaigns for 9to5’s SaaS and gifting verticals.Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal creative teams.5. Research & Insights
Competitor research across gifting, HRMS, onboarding automation & SaaS ecosystems.Build insights on pricing, models, product opportunities, and brand benchmarks.Who You Are (The Ideal Fit)
