We are now seeking a Chartered Accountant with experience in EPC or construction-based companies to lead this initiative.
Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who can streamline and strengthen our accounting and compliance framework. The candidate will also work closely with our finance and management teams to establish systems aligned with SEBI and Companies Act standards for IPO compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and refine the company’s existing accounting and internal control systems .
- Prepare and align financial statements as per IPO and regulatory requirements.
- Work on audit coordination, due diligence, and financial reporting .
- Ensure tax compliance, statutory filings, and ROC obligations are up to date.
- Collaborate with external consultants, auditors, and merchant bankers involved in IPO planning.
- Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Develop policies to enhance transparency and reporting accuracy .
Required Qualifications & Experience
CA (Chartered Accountant) with 3–8 years of post-qualification experience.Prior experience in EPC, infrastructure, or construction-based companies is mandatory .Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and statutory compliance .Experience with IPO processes / SEBI / ROC documentation is highly desirable.Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel .Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.What We Offer
