Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits and personnel management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business goals.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
