Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Chandigarh, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting and promoting our services, handling inquiries, and nurturing relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and foster client relationships effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain services to diverse audiences
• Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting sales targets
• Aptitude for Training, with the ability to adapt and grasp evolving service knowledge and market trends
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
