Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative and passionate Cinematographer to create visual storytelling for AIM’s content. From documentary-style interviews and conference after-movies to studio shoots and dynamic social media reels, you'll help us create engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including interviews, event coverage, and social media assets

Scout and set up locations, manage lighting, framing, and camera movement for optimal storytelling

Operate camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, gimbals, drones, etc.) with proficiency

Ensure visual consistency with AIM’s branding and content standards

Stay updated with visual trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the media industry

Requirements :

Proven expertise as a cinematographer / videographer with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and shooting in different environments (indoor / studio / outdoor / event)

Ability to tell a story through visuals with a keen eye for detail, composition, and movement

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects

Experience in shooting corporate, tech-related, or event-based content is a plus

Drone operation or certification is a bonus

Live broadcast studio experience is a bonus
