Manager Technical Accounting & Policies

you'll be responsible for :

• Conducting research and preparing accounting memorandums for complex transactions and 10K / 10Q disclosures in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Managing the preparation and update of accounting policies as needed and ensure adherence to new U.S. GAAP pronouncements
• Providing accounting guidance to cross-functional teams on new business initiatives and ensure proper application of U.S. GAAP
• Preparing and reviewing the quarterly consolidated statement of cash flows, and collaborate with the SEC Reporting team to ensure accuracy in disclosures
• Maintaining compliance with internal controls, SOX activities, and collaborating with auditors to address audit inquiries and ensure timely completion of projects
