Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors to drive insurance sales
 - Train, guide, and motivate Financial Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets
 - Provide regular and timely updates on insurance products and sales processes
 - Conduct frequent training programs for better product understanding and sales techniques
 - Generate consistent business through the recruited Financial Advisors
 - Monitor advisor performance and ensure alignment with company goals
 - Support Financial Advisors with field visits, joint calls, and customer interactions as needed
 
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industriesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in team handling, recruitment, or direct field sales preferredSelf-motivated, target-driven individuals with leadership potentialSkills Required
