About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive with a passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing influencer campaigns, especially within the beauty or personal care industry . If you’re someone who lives and breathes social media, understands content trends, and loves collaborating with creators — this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with key beauty creators and agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for content planning and brand messaging.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, beauty community movements, and competitor activities.
  • Handle influencer barters, negotiations, and budget management efficiently.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics .
  • Strong network of influencers and agencies in the beauty domain.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and campaign reporting.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
