Role Title : Archer Technical Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for RSA Archer modules (IT Risk, Issues Mgmt, Bottom-Up & Top-Down Risk Assessments, Loss Event, On-Demand Applications).
- Manage data import / export operations (scheduled & ad hoc batch jobs) using CSV, Excel, XML / JSON, JDBC / ODBC connectors.
- Build and modify reports and dashboards tailored to compliance, risk management, and business needs.
- Perform monthly health checks covering performance optimization, system configuration reviews, and availability assurance.
- Deliver periodic user training sessions to improve adoption, efficiency, and effective use of Archer.
- Maintain documentation of support issues, fixes, and system changes.
- Ensure compliance alignment in reporting and system configuration.
Skills & Qualifications :
3 - 5 years experience with RSA Archer Administration & Support.Strong knowledge of Archer Data Feeds, Reporting Framework, and Access Control.Hands-on experience in batch job scheduling, performance tuning, and data integrations.Ability to conduct user training sessions and develop user-friendly guides.Strong communication skills for stakeholder and vendor coordination.Knowledge of GRC solutions is a must.(ref : hirist.tech)
