Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchasing decisions, providing excellent customer service, ensuring that product displays are well-maintained, and staying informed about the products on offer. The role also involves meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store by ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and understanding of retail merchandise
• Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
