Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL) is seeking an Account Lead to provide strategic leadership to FM teams across India. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships, ensuring excellence in IFM service delivery, maintaining stringent contract and financial controls, and driving innovation in facility operations, all while upholding JLL's cultural and company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership
- Represent JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and company requirements.
- Provide services to the client in keeping with their cultural and company requirements.
- Provide leadership to FM teams across India.
- Develop and sustain a high-quality, well-motivated team, ensuring high staff morale, trust, and work ethics.
- Build and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, and performance excellence.
- Mentor and enable Training & Development of team members.
- Promote Initiative/Idea sharing across sites and create opportunities for wider collaboration.
Client/Stakeholder Management
- Establish/Strengthen credible relationships with Client and Business Unit Stakeholders in the Area.
- Interact regularly with Client and Business Unit Stakeholders to sustain healthy relationships.
Contract Management
- Ensure all Regional/Area contracts are implemented with excellence at sites and performance managed, working closely with Sourcing.
- Work with Regional purchasing to implement Regional sourcing strategies.
Site Operations Management
- Deliver services as defined in relevant Master Agreement Schedules, ensuring implementation and compliance with Best Practice procedures.
- Ensure critical & key performance measurements are met and targets achieved.
- Ensure Account Management is immediately informed of Critical Performance incidents, supporting follow-up actions and communications.
- Ensure completion of all required audits and achievement of targets.
- Standardize Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with Client policies and all government regulations.
Health & Safety Management
- Ensure all sites meet all legal and Client required H&S regulations.
- Ensure all JLL staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations.
Finance Management
- Ensure all managed sites meet all financial targets and control requirements.
- Provide oversight to all sites, ensuring standard monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports are completed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years managing key accounts.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IFM services to multinational clients.
- Experience in change management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Track record of implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong understanding of the Indian real estate and facilities management landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and other Indian languages is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices; smart building technologies and IoT applications.
