Assistant General Manager - Mandate Sales - Role Summary

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales, you will take complete ownership of the sales

function for mandate projects. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing

high-ticket property transactions, and leading a high-performance team.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong numerical skills, and expertise in sales planning,

budgeting, and conversions. You will develop and execute sales strategies for luxury apartments,villas, and premium real estate projects, ensuring high closure rates and revenue growth.

What Will You Do?

  • Take complete ownership of sales for mandate projects, ensuring high conversions and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and drive a team of sales executives to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Plan and execute a robust sales strategy for selling high-end apartments, villas, and high-ticket properties.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales figures, and track key sales KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with luxury clients, developers, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with demand trends.
  • Drive efficient and effective lead conversions, ensuring optimal closure timelines.
  • Present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to leadership.

What Do You Need to Bring to the Table?

  • 7+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Mandatory experience in handling mandate projects with a proven track record of high closures.
  • Proven experience in selling luxury apartments, villas, or high-ticket properties.
  • Strong network within the real estate industry, including relationships with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ members and driving high performance.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to track sales performance, conversion ratios, and budgeting.
  • Excellent planning and execution abilities to drive mandate sales strategies.
  • Superior negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and consistently achieve targets.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and revenue generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM, sales tracking tools, and sales automation software.
  • Willingness to work a six-day week, including weekends.
  • Based in Bangalore, with frequent travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
