Role Description
We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales & Business Development Executive to help us create partnerships and drive growth in India. You’ll be one of the first members of our India team, playing a key role in introducing our programs to schools and families.
Commitment : ~20 hours per week (flexible)
Work Style : Mostly remote
Travel : Occasional in-person school visits with the CXO (usually on Saturdays)
Contract : 6 months, with the option to grow into a full-time role if it’s a great fit
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with schools, coordinators, and decision-makers.
Generate and convert leads through social media, calls, emails, and referrals.
Pitch our Western-inspired tutoring programs to both schools and families.
Support the CXO in school visits, presentations, and demos.
Share market insights to shape our India strategy.
Track leads, maintain records, and report progress regularly.
Represent the brand with credibility and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or have completed - BBA or any equivalent bachelor's degree.
2+ years of sales or business development experience (education / edtech / services preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
Confident with digital tools, CRMs, and social media outreach.
Open to occasional local travel (mostly weekends).
Bonus : Experience in tutoring / edtech sales or school partnerships.
