What You Will Be Doing :

Contribute to training and refining cutting-edge AI systems
Adopt a “user mindset” to produce natural and realistic data for AI development
Develop rubrics to structure and address user needs effectively
Evaluate AI-generated outputs by ranking, reviewing, and critiquing reasoning and problem-solving responses
Work across multiple projects based on skillset and expertise

What We’re Looking For :

Writing Skills : Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain reasoning and evaluate output

Analytical & Problem-Solving Sk ills : Ability to craft complex prompts and assess nuanced AI responses
