Job Title : Java Developer

Experience Required : 4 to 12 years

Location : Hyderabad (Work From Office)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer with a strong background in the Finance domain. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
Participate in software design and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain version control using Git and contribute to CI / CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SDLC best practices.

Experience in RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services.

Hands-on with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).

Experience with build tools (Maven / Gradle) and Git / JIRA.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines.

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Excellent communication skills.

Educational Qualification : BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or related fields.

Must have finance domain experience.

Interview Process : 1. Online Test

Duration : 1 hour

2 programming challenges

Must be completed in a single login session

Test validity : 1 day (Immediate completion if not working)

2. Virtual Technical Discussion

3. Manager / HR Discussion (Virtual)
