Management Intern – Business Strategy & Special Projects

Location : Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Duration : 6 Months | Immediate Joiners Only

Stipend : 20K | PPO Opportunity (Performance-Based)

Department : Strategy & Business Excellence

Industry : Retail | Sportswear

Role Overview

We are hiring Management Interns who will work closely with business leaders on strategic and high-impact business projects . This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in business, strategy, and execution and grow into full-time leadership roles after the internship.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Work on business strategy, planning and execution projects
  • Conduct market research, competition analysis and business benchmarking
  • Support retail expansion, business operations and revenue growth initiatives
  • Build and manage business dashboards, reports and performance trackers
  • Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with Retail, E-commerce, SCM, Finance, Marketing and HR
  • Prepare presentations and reports for business reviews
