Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Instructional Design Manager to lead the development of high-impact digital learning experiences. This role demands a blend of instructional design expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for learner-centric innovation. You will oversee end-to-end learning design initiatives, mentor a team of designers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, engaging, and measurable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Design Leadership

• Lead the design and development of digital and blended learning programs aligned with business goals and learner needs.
• Conduct advanced learning needs analysis and performance gap assessments.
• Champion the use of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to ensure pedagogical rigor.
• Oversee storyboarding, content architecture, and multimedia integration for self-paced and instructor-led formats.
