Job Responsibilities :

• Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
• Reporting : Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to understand data needs and deliver insights that support their goals.
• Data Management : Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and management.
• Statistical Modeling : Utilize statistical techniques and modeling to forecast trends and assess the impact of potential changes in operations or strategy.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements within data collection and analysis methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.

Education :

a master’s degree is preferred.
