📍 Mumbai | Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Adsto is at a pivotal point in its journey. What started as a fast-scaling content production house is now evolving into a full-fledged content agency , one that’s built for the future of the content economy. We're setting up a dynamic ecosystem where storytelling, strategy, and scale converge.

We’re looking for an Executive Director to join our leadership team, someone who can shape this next phase with vision, hustle, and deep industry understanding.

What You'll Lead :

Adsto’s transition into a strategy + execution-led content agency
Multi-format brand campaigns, creative strategy, and IP-led content
Client partnerships—converting projects into long-term business
A high-performance team of producers, creatives & account leads
Creative network development across India and globally
Original format thinking and opportunities beyond traditional briefs

You’ll Thrive If You :

Have 4–6 years of experience in advertising, branded content, or media

Have led a vertical / team in a creative agency or content studio

Are comfortable owning P&L and scaling a business unit

Know how to build client trust and translate brand goals into strong creative output

Are connected to the creative network of directors, DOPs, talent, strategists

Believe in modern, culture-led content and building something future-ready
